apps - Google play for the task manager and usage monitor

Hello,

Can anybody suggest good apps for the following ?

System cleanup

Task manager(to kill applications and regain memory)

RAM Usage monitor(by default, Nexus 5 has 2GB RAM)

Disk space left on internal 32GB storage.

I haven't seen you around. Welcome to the forums. As for a task killer, that is really no longer necessary. Android 4.0 made great improvements to task management, and has been making slight improvements since.

For system cleanup, I like Clean Master.

Not quite sure what you mean by a RAM monitor. You can see your RAM in Settings>Apps>and swipe over to 'Running'.
