Apps in Market missing after Froyo EB13 update

From Google:

Hello Rob,

Thanks for writing in. We believe we have identified the cause of this issue and should be able to resolve this within next seven business days.

Regards,
The Android Market Team

7 business days...ridiculous. Does it bother anyone that it took forever to get 2.2 and it doesn't work fully with the market? Seems like it would be part of the testing process to open up the market and check if it showed all the apps properly.

i am sure it will not take that long. they will say 7 so when they do it in less they look better. plus they dont want to say it will be a day and have it take 3-4 then they will look bad

Same thing happened with the DI18 update (I know, it was SOOOO long ago). Basically, we have the update, but the market hasn't been updated to recognize our build number yet, so protected apps (not necessarily paid apps) aren't currently visible.

Applications Now Missing On The Market After Master Reset? SD Card Apps Missing Too!

Before doing the master reset I moved whatever I could to the SD card. I then removed the card and did the wipe on the phone only to now find the phone can't find what was moved to the card before the wipe. Now to make matters even worse some market apps that would not move to the card are no longer showing in the market such as OnStar. I have it on my Evo I had it on my Epic before the wipe but its no longer coming up in the market on the Epic for download. This 2.2 is total BS.

Froyo for Epic 4G and clockr evolution

After I updated my software to FroYo, I did a hard reset on my Epic and now clockr evolution won't show in my Market. Is there no way to make it show? It's kind of frustrating that some apps don't show after an update, especially ones that you pay for.

I know what you mean..

I'm still missing access to slingplayer mobile..(says its "not found" in the market)

If you do a factory restore are you going to be back on 2.1?
I called a sprint store they said no. I called sprint tech support 1800 number they said yes. I'm confused.
So those that have done it, are you back on 2.1, or are you on a better performing 2.2 now?

when you guys say back, do you mean like paypal mobile is back on the market, or that when you do a factory reset and go to market and restore your apps under "my apps" all your apps start returning.

my apps still won't restore after doing factory resets on froyo. i thought that was the point of the "new" backup system in froyo?

Apps like paypal are now showing up. I had a game EA fifa 10 that was not in the market and is now back.

has anyone figured out how to get your installed apps to appear back in your "my apps" section in the market after a fresh install? i want to flash to ext4 but don't feel like going through installing all my apps again. i do have a backup of them in astro file explorer, but they don't show up in the "my apps" section of the market after I install them because they're the .apk files.

I did the manual update and was having problems. No notification with calls, only SMS, and email. I did a wipe thinking I was going to have to manual update again but when I restarted I noticed the version was 2.2. :)
