apps incompatible with device

Some apps in the play store, like web MD, say my "device (Nexus 10) isn't compatible with this version. " What am I missing or doing wrong?

developer has to fix that. I once had an app incompatible.
I went to their website and send a feedback. it became compatible with in a week

So.........wow. Just wow. Here's the response I received:

At this time we do not currently have an app specifically designed for Android tablets. However, our WebMD Android mobile (phone) app does work on many Android tablets ? but unfortunately not all.

We will share your comments with our Mobile Product Team.

sounds like a canned/automated response. The reality is if the app runs on Jelly Bean then the Nexus can handle it. If the dev isn't willing to update the permissions so it can be installed on the Nexus 10 they are either lazy or planning on creating a seprate tablet only app.
