Hi All. This problem has followed me around for years across multiple phones, currently a Galaxy S22. When I go to certain apps in the Play Store, I see them as "Installed" and can open them from there. But they don't have an icon, and are not under Settings-Apps. Does anyone have a fix for this? Clearing caches and uninstalling/reinstalling doesn't help. Thanks!

They not in the app list?
Try setting>apps>3 dot's upper right corner tap>reset app preferences
