I'm noticing on iho and harmonia that after a reboot my apps are missing. On iho a second reboot seemed to clear the problem, but on harmonia the issue happened when I was doing a nandroid backup so even if I restore I'm still missing apps

That happened to me. I replaced adw launcher with the stock gingerbread and every time i rebooted, adw came back. The issue was finally rectified when I deleted adw entirely. I also am having that problem with files, I put some files on the system memory and they dissapear every reboot.

You need to use titanium back up. Free app from the market and back up your apps before u use ur nandroid back up. Never back up system apps cause it can really lead to problems. Just back up ur apps that u downloaded 1st that u want to keep and then after u restore ur rom with the nandroid go to market download titanium back up again and restore ur apps.

I did this. What happens is after restoring everything the first time I rebooted all the apps I just restored with titanium disappear. If I try to reinstall I get message saying app already exists

All u had to do is set the gingerbread launcher as ur default launcher. That screen that shows up and asks which launcher to use click the little box that says use by default then click the gingerbread launcher and that clears the problem. Same thing like when u go on the internet it asks for example use the stock browser or boat mini browser in my case. I click that little box set as default and u will always launch into ur set launcher or browser same for movies and ect.....

Hmm. Never had that happen to me. Ur not clearing cache or the dalvix cache before ur nandroid. If u are u shouldn't cause that can make small clitches in the system

Yeah I know how to do that, what I was doing was deleting the adw launcherand replacingit with gingerbread in /system/app both were conflictingwith each other because they were set to both be the stock launchers. I fixed it tho

Check out github if u haven't already. They have merged in a battery charging fix into their roms. The new harmonia is really good. Haven't tried many others yet. Backside new one is pretty good too if u like a fully themed stable rom. The battery fix is great lasts alot longer

This happens on both Roms. Its after rebooting that error occurs

It might be a corruption in the backed up apk files that u saved. Also check in ur SD card using astro or some other file manager to look inside ur titanium backup folder and double check to make sure it has them files in there.

I have a Rooted Phone Only and it tends to take a minute for my ADW launcher and other apps from the sd card to load up. So I don't know if this is the same issue or something entirely different.

Usually when my phone reboots it will go to the original launcher display and takes about a minute or two then when I click on an app then click home it asks which launcher to use. I click Remember, and click ADW. Then it shows the Apps, Background, and Theme afterwards and works fine from there. Something to do with the sd card having apps and other programs that initially won't imediately load until the option is clicked for adw launcher to be the primary launcher rather than the original launcher.
