Apps missing from edge screen

The other day my edge screen updated automatically. Several of my folders disappeared. I tried to add them back but now all of those apps, for example Instagram and Sugar Smash, aren't an option to add to my edge panel. The apps themselves haven't disappeared 'cause they're still when I swipe up from the home screen. Has anyone else had this problem? Should I go to the Samsung Experience booth at Best Buy?
