Apps no longer updating

I have a Landvo L550 device running 4.4 OS. Up until recently I was ablebto update my apps requiring only that I first clear my cache. I haven'tvinstalled any new apps for some time during this and have even uninstalled some. I am still unable to update my apps. They are installed on an 8gig sd card and the is shows that I have plenty of space to spare.

How much space is free on internal memory?

It says 85.91Mb is available. That is out of a total 1.97gig. My apps though are installed on the SD card

I would try to clear more space off of internal memory and try again.

Some apps do not support using SD card partition.
You would check them first.
