Apps not downloading to replacement phone

I just recieved a replacement for *sniff* dead droid. All my apps show up in the "download" area of the market like I expect and they are all listed as "downloading" but they arn't. They are just sitting there showing "Downloading" for the last 2 hours and none of them seem to be showing any progress. I've downloaded other apps from non-market sources and they came down find so it isn't a data connection issue best I can tell. Any ideas? I've already tried restarting the phone and still nothing...they just sitting htere saying 'Downloading' with zero progress.
