I am seeing Apps not show up in the market, but show up on the web based market.

It's possible that your provider (ie., T-Mobile, Verizon, or Sprint, etc.) is blocking them.

All my free apps are missing from my apps list. Is this the same for you?

All my apps are back. They weren't there an hour ago, and all day yesterday.

I am having the same exact problem. Under the Market all my apps that are installed are gone, but Youtube and Google Maps.

Fixed: Cleared Market cache and force closed it and they are now showin.
