Apps on home screen

When i add angry birds and angry birds rio to the home screen, they stay there until i turn my tab off. Then they only in the app drawer. Does it everytime. Can anybody explain why?

this happens with some apps, when you have them on the external SD, goto menu/settings/applications/manage applicatins/all ........... tap the app, move to phone
