Apps on sd card???

Before I sbf'd back so I could update my phone I moved a lot of my apps to my sd card. Once I got the phone back to normal and updated and all my apps from the market FINALLLY installed I went to manage apps and went to apps on sd card but the only ones there are the ones that were installed again after the sbf. Where can I find the apps that I had previously moved to the sd card and how do I get them back on the phone. Most of the apps I am trying to get back are ones that arent in the market anymore.
