Apps problem

I disabled / uninstalled the Facebook app and then when I enabled it again and installed the updates, I can't put that app to sleep permanently . It also doesn't show up as an app to put to sleep when I open up battery either. Same goes for twitter when I uninstalled and re-installed it.

I also can't get the badge to show up on the twitter app even when I have it enabled. And I don't have the notifications blocked for this app.
