Apps setting changed on samsun s21 ultra + android add on to apps i have not authorised

[Android Central Question]

Can someone u live with have access to ur accounts remotely and control them? How can I get proof it is them? My apps o can't control and my data is being used as well as settings and permissions charging after I have set them.
Please help im going insane

If they have your account information, which app you have that you didn't download? Sometimes software updates bring apps that you didn't have before.

How much data is being used? Data usage doesn't necessarily mean someone else has control of your phone -- you might have installed an app that is malfunctioning, or perhaps acting maliciously

What settings and permissions seem to be changing? Keep in mind that sometimes, when there's a major update to an app, some of the settings might reset.
