Apps that can sign & fill docs then sync to office data

Hi, I'm looking for an app that can improve our company's productivity. Here is description:

Customer will sign and fill the docs given by technician using a tablet and then the form will be synced back to my office database (GoogleDrive) so the technician doesn't need to return back only to submit the signed docs to the office.

If there is any, do suggest to me. Appreciate your response. :)
 
That would be a custom-written app. Hire a developer with experience in Android apps and remote database access. (And don't expect it to be cheap.)
