Apps to SD in ICS?

I'm sorry if this has been covered somewhere, but I couldn't find a thread here on the forums or an answer when I googled it. Does ICS allow apps to be manually transferred to an SD card? Or is it not an option like on Honeycomb? Thanks in advance.

As far as I can tell, the feature works the same way it did in 2.3.

Well, the available/used memory notations under each app in the move to SD list are less helpful, IMO, but the functionality seems the same.
