Apps via Web broswer Help ASAP

I go to download an app from the web and it downloads the file, and then says

For security, your phone is set to block installation of applications not obtained from Android Market.

I have looked in the settings and couldn't find anything that looks like it will do. Please help? I'm also running Froyo if that helps.

Search this forum for "sideloading", or search at XDA forums for enable non-market apps.
