AC Question

So when Play Store finishes downloading an app, it just gets stuck on downloading, even though it is finished so 100% downloaded but simply won't install, now here's the wierd thing; When I close Play Store and open it up again the app will install.
But I will not accept this because when I download a game that has "Additional Data" that when finished downloading will not even install once Play Store closed. One more thing I'd like to point out is that when I factory reset my device the store works normally again...Until I download like 5 apps and it starts all over again.

Welcome to the forums. What device do you have? As opposed to doing a reset, have you tried clearing the cache for Play and Play services?

Sounds like a bug in the new version of the playstore. If you factory reset it reverts back to the old copy on the phones system partition. However, once you download a couple of apps the playstore and play services will automatically update.

I have a Galaxy S4 Mini (Rooted) and yes I've tried clearing the cache, I've even uninstalled Play Store and the Play services (you can do that with root) and reinstalled them, working...then after a couple of apps installed it happens all over again.
