Apps you can't live without...

Here's my top 5,

Tapatalk and xda (I'll group those together since they are basically the same thing)
All the answers to my root question are just a tap away.

Sirius- Listening to Howard helps me focus in the gym.

Stitcher Radio- I listen to Adam Corolla and Joe Rogan when Howard's on vacation.

Root explorer- Makes it really easy to try new .apk files

Camscanner- My printer at home is such a pain in the butt to scan and plug in my laptop. with camscanner I can just take a pic, it automatically crops and removes all shadows from document then turns it into a .pdf

If you are interested in a Bible app... MySword was recently released to market and is hands-down the best one available. Devs are working on ver. 2.0 now. Very similar to Pocket E-Sword if you were familiar with that application for Windows Mobile.

JuiceDefender did a great job for me on stock Froyo.. doubled my battery life. Now I just switched to UKB 2.0 ROM and it is doing quite spectacular with battery life so will wait before reinstalling Juice Defender again :D

My Sword is a great app...

As far as my "cant live withouts"...

Barnacle WiFi (which I use as a WiFi adhoc, not really for wifi internet, although that works too)

I use Barnacle to wifi to PPT ODP Remote Standard. I give presentations for work often and this app turns my phone into a remote with the view of the .ppt or open office presentation along with the notes and puts it on my phone with touch controls...GREAT app.

I might want to give this one a try. Do you find your device runs any slower with multiple launchers installed? Do you have to go in and kill any apps that run with the different launchers? I've read (not sure if true) that some apps will continue to run as part of the different launchers, regardles of whether that launcher is currently in use.

Doggcatcher for podcasts (got an hour commute making this an absolute must). 3d Magic Words is far and away my favorite game. Pulse is a great news aggregator/reader with a very slick interface. FBReader for books and lastly, while there are tons of todo apps out there (I've tried a bunch) I prefer Astrid. Did I get carried away?

Here are the apps I use every day and I can't do without:

Kik Messenger (awesome replacement for Blackberry Messenger)
ColorNote
Google Reader
Google Talk
Dolphin HD
Tapatalk
XDA App
Tiny Flashlight
Simple Calendar Widget
Google Maps (navigation and places)
SwiftKey
ScoreMobile
Chrome to Phone

There are lots of apps I couldn't do without (grin). But I'd like to mention an app called Shush. When you turn down the volumne on your phone to vibrate Shush pops up and you can set your phone for the volumne to come back on automatically in 15 increments from 15 minutes to 12 hours, or you can opt to keep it off until you manually turn it back on like normal. I was always forgetting to turn the volumne back up after putting it on vibrate. This way if I am in a meeting for two hours I can tell my phone to Shush for two hours and not worry about it.
Thanks for the heads up on shush. I silence my phone for movies, meetings and dinner with my spouse. Always forget to reactivate ring.:D

Thanks for all the replies so far...

Instead of just listing 10-20 apps you use, pick one or two that no one has talked about yet, then explain what it does amd why you love it. That way, we don't just have post after post of a list of apps that no one knows what they do. Make it more like an app review thread so others can read about the apps we all use and can decide if we need them for ourself!

Thanks guys
