I just saw where a second April update was released but FI would have to wait or sideload. Out of curiosity I checked and down it came.

Anyone on T-Mobile get the second April update? My fiance is having so many connection problems and we're hoping it helps, but no second April update yet for her 7 Pro on T-Mobile.

I'm still waiting for the second April update. T-Mobile USA Pixel 8 Pro.

Yesterday I sideloaded the B1 second April update from Google to my fiance's 7 Pro. Made zero difference. Still choppy phone calls with audio sometimes missing in both directions. Hopefully the delay for T-Mobile is that there will be a new carrier specific version that will fix the issue.

I'm beginning to think maybe something is wrong with her device, but it seems odd it just started around the time of the March update, and depending on where you are in town (Phoenix) it can work fine, then you drive a few miles and can't make a call where you could before. Also, I added a Verizon 30 day "test drive" eSim and when she switches to that, it works fine as well. We went to the T-Mobile corporate store last evening and they said they haven't received many complaints of dropped or choppy calls lately......but we know compared to iPhone and Samsung, there aren't that many Pixels out there.
