So I know aptoide is another market place for apps but does it release apps that are in beta testing before release? I've noticed many new updates in aptoide that aren't in play store

If it is NOT in Play Store,

it is subject to malware...

IMO, that is such a huge risk, I will not even consider it.

No virus detector can find that stuff, the creators are too good.

Not really.
Just get a good app. And try downloading the trusted apps on aptoide, normally marked green.
