arbitrary alarm sound

So I am getting an alarm sound at arbitrary times and yet there is nothing on the display indicating why. and as soon as it starts within 3 or 4 seconds it stops.

Solved. I didn't realize that after the transfer to new phone my default notification sound changed from popcorn to alarm. emails coming in is what was setting it off
