When i was flashing my nexus 4 in fastboot mode, i got this msg

archive does not contain 'boot.sig'
archive does not contain 'recovery.sig'
archive does not contain 'system.sig'

Is is normal ?

When i run flash-all.bat , in the middle of process I'll get that... But the flashing was successful.. So just wanted to know if it's a common issue

Done.
Even if you have "boot.sig", "recovery.sig" errors, wait few seconds and it continues.
Works great.
Thank you.

What if it doesn't continue? I get those messages, but then the cmd window doesn't advance or show anything else. It's just sitting there. I tired to update my Nexus 7 to 4.4, but got stuck at the 4 circles, so I'm trying to go back to a previous version and start again, but this is where i'm stuck. I'm trying to flash the JWR66Y stock ROM.

It's not a problem, normal behavior.
I have the same problem, now I'm stuck on sending 'boot'
It have nothing to do with this, which also is not a problem.
Your problem could be due to:
-out dated fastboot, use fastboot the latest ADT package
-incorrect driver installed
-usb port or cable issues (yes it is possible)
-corrupt image file

yes this is normal, wait a few minutes (10-15) but do not close the CM, and everything will continue as normal ...

Just extract those files to same folder where you have rest of files and flash one by one. Take a look Nexus 6 forum you will see more explain.
