This is one of the WORST products I have ever used.

Everything is slow. Every user interaction takes half a second or more. Even simple app icon clicks.

The video player locks all the time. On a device that is designed to play videos!

Right now it is crashed with 'activity Video (in application video) is not responding. Nothing works. No input. And I can not even pull the battery to reset it.

This product is a turd. Whoever decided it was acceptable to ship in this state of quality ought to lose their job. And I say that having used Android from day 1. This product is slower than my old G1.

Try a factory reset. You can also go into the settings and set the power management to overdrive to speed up that processor.

Yeah, but that does not explain why videos stop.
In my case, videos are NEEDED for quiet and peaceful car rides. But when the unit just reboots for no reason, I am totally screwed...as I have a crying baby and no way to start up videos again without pulling off the road and waiting for the reboot to finish so that I can restart the video.
Other than that, I probably would barely notice the issues...oh, except for the wife who complains about a device that just reboots randomly, or freezes regularly...

Have you tried the factory reset yet?

Like stated... Factory reset and make sure that you keep up with the updates. I have never had an issue with the video player and I have watched over 50 hours easily. I use mine at the gym while on the treadmill and its managed to survive in my gymbag for more than a year...

I had one for less than a week before I returned it to get my hard earned money back.
