Are all LG G4 with 6xx serials safe?

I don't want to risk spending $400 on a likely-to-get-bricked phone. I'd like to buy the H815 version with warranty. If I get the bootloop problem after buying the phone, is it possible to fix it with warranty?

I don't think the G4 with serial number 6xx have any bootloop problem. I read before that they already have marshmallow installed.

There ae some brand new ones being old on Ebay for less than 300 and the seller cant tell me the serial numbers because they are their warehouse
