Maybe just because they always the first phone to have a certain feature. I doubt you'll see them on any collectors site any time soon. Still keeping it and my og Droid though.

The GSM versions of the One and S still go for quite a bit used, probably because they are so hard to find. Not sure about the CDMA Nexus though.
