Factory Data Rest is what I did when I first got this phone...
Settings --> General tab --> Backup & Reset --> Factory Data Reset
vs.
"Factory Reset" is what LG tech support is suggesting I do...
1 Turn the phone off.
2 Press and hold the following keys at the same time: Volume Down Key + Power/Lock Key.
3 Release the Power/Lock Key only when the LG logo is displayed, then immediately press and hold the Power/ Lock Key again.
4 Release all keys when the Factory hard reset screen is displayed.
5 Press the Volume Keys to highlight Yes, then press the Power/Lock Key to continue.
6 Press the Volume Keys to highlight Yes, then press the Power/Lock Key once more to confirm.
7 Your device will perform a factory reset.
This is in reference to the vibration on my phone that seems to be underpowered. AFAIK anyways, as I'm only have the Samsung Galaxy s2 and s4 as comparisons.
