Are N5 64GB unlocked LTE dual sim phones genuine?

Hi .. on ebay I found Samsung Galaxy Note 5 64GB Dual Sim Unlocked 4G .. they ship from Taipei (Tiwan) .. are these real versions of N5?

Can't say anything about the particular item on eBay but, yeah, they're real. Samsung sells most of their phones also in a dual SIM version. Those are mainly sold in Asia / Asian Pacific (and a few in Europe). Many of them you can find on Expansys, Amazon and, as you have figured out by now, EBay.

isn't the second SIM tray supposed to accept microSD card as well?

As far as I know, the Note 5 (and S6 / S6 Edge) do not support SD cards. It was in older models that you could either put in a 2nd SIM or a SD card but that functionality is gone.
