Are there any apps where I can start off with to-dos, and then turn them into notes after completion?

Hi, I'm new to this forum so apologies if this is not the correct place to ask this question.
I'm wondering if there are any Android apps (if it's also available on Windows that's a big plus) where I can keep a to-do list structure, and then after completion, I can turn the task into a note which can then be printed in a report?

To clarify, one purpose I would like this app for is that I am homeschooling my child, and I have trialled several dedicated homeschooling apps but haven't found one that ticks all the boxes for me. I have used TickTick to-do up until now, where I list all the topics and themes I need to cover as folders, with each lesson as a task. I also use the calendar feature of that app to schedule the to-dos (ie lessons).
The next step is for reporting, and this is where TickTick doesn't work for me. After each completed task (lesson) I would like to be able to write comments how it went, preferably upload a photo or two, and then archive it, to later be able to print it out together with similar notes (subjects) for reporting, preferably as a pdf file. I currently use Evernote for this, but it's becoming increasingly difficult to stay up to date since I need to copy a lot of the information and organizational structure between the apps.
Therefore, if there is an app in which I can manage all of this that would be great. I would prefer cloud sync/backup so I don't lose any information.

Thanks a lot in advance for any assistance.

Welcome to Android Central! You can use Google Keep to create a to-do list, and since it's part of Google Keep, it's technically a note: https://support.google.com/keep/answer/6395451?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform=Android. And since it's cross-platform, you can do it on Windows as well!
Thank you very much for your reply, I appreciate it! I have considered Google Keep, but the issue I found is that I can't seem to print or export any of the data. I need to be able to print reports in an easily readable format such as pdf. I might have a closer look at it though, as it might tick some of the other boxes for me. Thanks again!

As I looked into this more, I realized that Google Keep can't print directly -- however, you can use the Send option, and then Copy to Google Docs. From Google Docs, you can print.

In the Send menu, there's also an option to Send Via Other Apps, which gives you other ways to export the data.

It may not be a perfect solution for you, but the workaround seems minimal, and it's free and already integrated into your Google account.

Thank you so much, I didn't know about the send options. I really appreciate that you took the time to look into this, thank you!

I would have suggested Samsung Notes, though it doesn't have web access. I use it all the time and you can do all sorts of things with it. If web access is a must, then it's not the app for you.

Thank you for mentioning this option. I use a Google Pixel phone so that app didn't come pre-installed, but I will check it out. Thanks.
