Are there any apps you use to keep the phone running smoothly?

I know there are apps that supposedly will delete clutter from your phone like unused files, folders or fragments from uninstalled apps. I also saw that the s9 plus comes with with a built optimizer. Is that enough or are there any other apps you all use?

I just use the built in optimisation every now and then mostly just to get rid of unnecessary files.
