Are there Jelly bean Roms for the GS3 yet?

Right now I have the VZW Galaxy Nexus with cm10 Jellybean on it. Love it but I'd love to have the better hardware of the Galaxy S3. Recently I read that the bootloader for the GS3 finally got unlock. Is it as easy as the Gnex to unlock? Is there any Jelly bean rom or Leak for Touch Wiz? Just want to know to help my purchasing decision.

There is an app in the play store for a one click bootloader unlock. I'm not sure about any jb Roms but I think there are some out there. There is rumor the the gs3 will get official jb by the end of this month...but we all know how that goes.

Yes the EZ Unlock app in the Market is very easy, but you need to be rooted to use it. That is also easy.

Ppl are already running an alpha build of CM10 on the GS3.

I flashed it last night, used the phone heavily since and have not run into any major issues yet. The only problem I had was with the "Torch" app, when running, the phone lags a lot. I only ran the application it to see what it does and probably will not use it again. Once I killed it, the phone performed fine.

Quite satisfied so far!

CM10 right now is one of the only solid nightly Jelly Bean ROMs. AOKP also has a Jelly Bean build but users are reporting issues after flashing. I am sure AOKP will get that worked out quick but right now the CM nightlies are getting more stable by the day. 8/23 was just released this morning. Check my CM10 thread to get the downloads if you wish

I started having problems today with the latest 822 version...very very poor reception all of a sudden and was dropping calls, so I wiped the phone and reflashed. It worked well for a couple of hours then it would just shut off, even the power button wouldn't turn it on. Pulled the battery and when I turned it back on, no data, turned on WiFi then the phone just turned off (full battery BTW) now I have data back but cannot turn on WiFi. Downloading the 823 version now, hope it works
