Are these normal SOC temps?

Is this considered normal for soc temp? Trying to narrow down the root of the lag/missed keypresses issue I have been having.

System on Chip will be hotter than any other component so looks OK to me.

TCL 10 Pro. If can get much higher too. If all is normal then that is fine. I'm trying to nail down the root cause of the l issues I have been randomly having with the device.
