In my case, when trying to make outgoing calls on my Galaxy S5, i was getting "could not complete call please try again message"
RESOLUTION: I had setup Google Voice on my phone and configured that to be the default for making all calls, and this particular Phone# was not registered as one of the LINKED NUMBERS in Google voice,
LET ME COMPLICATE THIS A LITTLE FURTHER:
Hi, I got this 3 SIM adaptor - which is very Ingenious but it has a lot of challenges and does not give intelligent messages ...
Now, I switched to SIM2 using an APP called "Three SIM Card" that shows up, when you plug in this adaptor into your Galaxy S4/S5/S6.
1, My India SIM (or any others that are not in network) shows as NO-SIM, and then the Three SIM Card adaptor vanishes from your App tray, and even after removing that India SIM and rebooting it just plain refuses to recognize and even show the Three SIM Card app to Switch back to the original working AT&T SIM
2. seemed to work with my Galaxy S5 I inserted it along with the primary SIM card and it was working and showed the Three Sim Card app
3. I then inserted SIM2 into the device, and opened the Three Sim Card app, and selected SIM2, and even rebooted the phone... but it shows NO SIM CARD message. I removed SIM2 and even with SIM1 present in the phone it still shows NO SIM I CANT EVEN SEE THE Three Sim Card APP.
4. So I got an IDEA, I got a friends AT&T SIM, and Plugged this into the SIM2 slot, rebooted and NOW the THREE SIM CARD App showed up. I Tested making outgoing calls, and It WORKED!!
AGAIN, THIS ISSUE COULD OCCUR IF THERE IS LOOSE CONTACT OF THE SIM, OR THIS ADAPTOR CANNOT DETECT THE SIM.
5. AGAIN Make sure your Google Voice is LINKED to both the numbers/SIMs
6. If there is a manual I can upload this manual and have requested the manufacturer/seller to upload this "THREE SIM APP" to the GOOGLE PLAY STORE as well.
HOPE THIS HELPS!
Thanks Srinivas
