OG DROID rooted about a month ago. Its like a brand new phone its so cool. Cyanogen 7 btw =)

Just did my nexus one last night and it wasn't easy doing this stuff the first time. No wonder so many people ask, there are so many instructions out there.

rooted my epic. i was a bit apprehensive at first, but i did my research. one day i was bored enough and went for it. i had some scary moments but it was an awesome decision. i cant stop playing with it now. running the truly epic rebirth ext 4, love it.

Good poles like this need to stay opened. Rooted for Rims and cool apps regular phones cannot run.

I rooted my Evo to get rid of the bloatware and improve battery life. The free wifi tethering didnt hurt either.

Not rooted since all attempts at rooting my intercept have failed. Wish it was as easy as WebOS where you just type in the Konami Code and boom DeveloperMode enabled.

Coming from webOS, I miss the ease (and feelings of security/safety) of the homebrew community. I never worried about bricking on my Pre, but I am more apprehensive about rooting my Evo. I'm currently downloading the .zip, so hopefully I'll be rooted soon.

EDIT: As I click submit, the download finishes.

Rooted about a month ago. Running CM7 RC4. It's very cool all the new things I've discovered.

Rooted my Atrix a couple days ago. I love it don't regret it and wish I leaped months ago. Feels like my phone is just for me now and I have alot of advantages I didn't have before.

Rooted on 1.5.7 Greyblur

I'm mostly into eye candy, and its amazing what you can do with custom boot anis, shutdown anis, themes, changing dialers, using themed apks, and all sorts of visual stuff.
Plus custom roms and kernels really has a noticeable improvement in functionality and ui experience.
So yea root is a must for me.
