Are you upset about Star Wars Droid 2 rumor?

I am a huge Star Wars fan and just a little upset about the rumor around a Star Wars Droid 2 Edition.

Why not one for the Droid X? Will there be one in the future?

Is anyone else a little upset

With the damage Lucas has done to my childhood memories, I'm not that upset really. I'm more bothered they have to pay to use the name.

Doubt it'll look much diferent, save maybe a star wars logo on the back. Any cool ringtones or Death Star live wallpapers will definitely get posted here somewhere and you'll be able to put em on your X. We'll have to wait for details to see if we really missed out though lol.

Use a Zagg Skin, and skin the outside of the device while protecting it.

But also have the mindset of an engineer. Form follows function. Just skin your X.

Actually, they probably would have been fine to use it without paying to use the name. However, if they did that, they should expect a lawsuit from Lucas (which as sad as it pains me to say it, the US law system really does require it, even when it doesn't make sense (for trademarks anyway)), but that would take them time and effort, and in the end, it was easier to just come to a deal with lucas.
