I love my Niagara and Nova launcher. One UI has come a long way, if it allowed me to change the Icons, I have no problems sticking with it.

I tried oneUI 7 for a bit and just couldn't. I went back to Nova. Love how small I can make the icons and how simple I can make the page

Using Nova, Like how I can just carry over from my previous phone.

I simply restored a previous backup and Nova worked fine.

I went away from Nova once the fold series wasn't supported. Now I can make enough changes to keep me happy on one UI

Maybe I'm misunderstanding what you mean by can't change icons on One UI...you can use Galaxy Themes and change the icons. Maybe not as many options as using a 3rd party launcher, but you can definitely change icons.

I can use my own Icon packs or base on the Theme?

I have so many phones I needed to change it up. Why I'm using Niagara.

I use One UI 7 and Samsung Themes. That's all the customization I desire.

Microsoft Launcher since it became available. Does a great job syncing info across multiple devices..

You can also use the Theme Park to use icon packs from the Play store and adjust shapes (maybe more, I usually just do it for icon packs/shape).

Theme Park, that's part of Good Lock correct? That's pretty cool that you can use custom icon packs from the Play Store. I guess I failed to answer the question tho, but I'm happy with One UI. I haven't modded or themed since my Nexus days with custom Roms and Nova.

Microsoft Launcher. I'm deep into the Microsoft software ecosystem so it works well for me.

Nah, really like One UI7. Haven't used a launcher in years.

I love Nova but I'm pretty happy with OneUI. I do miss the scrolling dock and several of the gestures. S25U still needs Home Up, so if that doesn't happen maybe I'll try Nova again.

Still fussing with my S25U, but on my S24U I was able to get nice small icons and remove labels on the home screen, change the app drawer layout, adjust what shows in the status bar, make the volume keys do smaller increments, automate settings by locations or driving, mess around with the lock screen, change the look like using icon packs without having to theme everything, etc. I feel like they really upped their game with customization the past few years.
