hi all.
I recently decided to change my runtime from dalvik to ART for the extra speed boost and the apparently better battery life. It seems quite on the contrary because through the last 4 days, the battery drain has been crazy. Google services have been up to 60% in battery usage and the lowest i had is 45% after a nights sleep. It happed with the systemUI once too. I tried the recommended methods, disable all location services and also clear the data and cache of download manager. Even deleting all data from google services.

In addition, at 00:37 everynight when i use my tablet, i get the message "com.google.process.gapps has stopped working" twice pop up. Having tried all the solutions, including updating the firmware and wiping the system and recovering. Nothing works. Over 8 hours, with aeroplane mode on and all apps closed, no usage, the battery drains down to 50% from 100%.

In terms of software, I use cyanogenmod 11 nightlies. Updating everytime a new one is released. Currently the version is 09/05/2014 nightly but the problem started after changing to ARt runtime with 27/04/2014 nightly. It is a Nexus 7 2013. Thanks to anyone who can help.
