Ascend P2 Getting Hot

So recently (within the last 24 hours), my phone got extremely hot, so I thought I would shut down the device and after start up it still feels like it's getting slightly warm overtime, but luckily at this moment in time, not as hot as it was earlier. Can someone help me from making get hot please?
