asopCMOD help

well i rooted my phone finally and used rom manger to help it worked but now im stuck with the asopCMOD i cant use the market i cant select anything in recovery mode i want to try a new rom but i cant use the android market, is that a fixable problem and how do i select an option in recovery mode the screen where u can wipe the caches and stuff... i need help please lol anyone can point me in the right direction thankss

newer cwm recovery uses the camera button to select.
if you want gingerbread rom, use inferior human organs cm7.
if you want froyo rom, use harmonia.
both near the top of this forum.

aosp is outdated.

i assume you used rom manager.

no problem

just go to the IHO thread, download the newest version of any rom under the Optimus V section, put it on ur SD, and flash it from recovery like u did with aosp.

i think you need to download a second file called GAPPs, that is linked on the IHO page, you flash this IMMEDIATELY after you flash the rom itself to get the market.

google doesnt want the market to be flashed with a 3rd party rom, thats why you have to flash it over the rom. becuase the rom doesnt have the market in it, as you just found out
