Assistive Light Does Not Want to Disappear

Just received a video on Assistive Light as a magnet for malware. How do you delete the assistive light on the S4 PERMANENTLY? Moving it to trash does not work. Interesting. Want it gone as in GONE. Help please.

I don't see how Assistive Light/Torch could possibly be a magnet for malware. All it is does is use your camera flash as a flashlight (torch for you non-US folk).
