Astro file manager - cannot create directory

I thought i've done this before, but I'm not sure if I created the ones I have while connected to my PC or not. I'm trying in dcim and a folder I've created, both on my sd card. Is there a limitation in the free version?

Not that I know of. I just created a new folder with Astro (free version). You could try to do what your trying to do with ES File Explorer (free). It's a little cleaner than Astro.
