So Asurion has now told me it may take up to a month to get a replacement white EVO (I broke my screen). They also were very clear that there is no alternative to waiting indefinitely for a replacement. Sprint says there is nothing they can do besides allowing me to pay the ETF (full $200 since I renewed for the EVO) and allow me to go to a new carrier.
Anyone in a similar boat or aware of a possible solution?
