Just wondering if anyone knows if Asurion is still shipping Note 2's or have they moved on to the Note 3? Out of no where my phone has a hairline crack on the screen, I didn't drop it, it didn't fall, I didn't slam it down (though I had been mad at a few things), but I put the phone down, walk away, come back, and there is a crack on the screen. I am one of the last few unlimited data plan people, and wanted to see if there was any hope for me to get a Note 3 from Asurion? Wishful thinking, I guess...
 
I had my note swapped twice. Both time I received a brand new note 2.

This was about a month and half ago..for the second replacement

I think chances are that you'll still receive a Note 2. Let us know if you find out anything different if you decide to file a claim.
 
I finally called Asurion, and they said that they have plenty of Note 2's in stock, so I will get that, but I have 60 days from the date of occurance, to actually file a claim. So I figure, I will wait a couple of weeks, and call back again, and see if they have run out, and if they have, then figure out what device they will send me, and take it from there.
 
No way. I recently broke my screen to, went online and got a refurbished galaxy note 2. The phone looks and acts as good as the day it came out of the box even though it says refurbished under the battery. I doubt if you could swap it for a galaxy note 3
