I broke my new LG g3 someone said I did not have to have asurion and they will still file for me. Also US Cellular said that I had to buy a new one an because a new one from amazon will not work is this true... I need my phone but cannot pay over 200$

Asurion won't work if you are not enrolled. How is it broken? If the device is still under warranty you should contact LG to see about repairs. Even if they deny warranty service, they still may be able to fix it for less than $200. Otherwise, get some specifics from US Cellular on why the device won't work. You cannot buy an unlocked G3 and bring it to US Cellular, but you should be able to buy one already branded/coded to them.
