Asus Memo Pad 7 (Me572c) Root and Flash Lollipop

Can't seem to find any trust worthy directions on how to root, install custom recovery and flash Lollipop onto my Asus Memo Pad 7 (me572c). Tried using it with Asus's bloatware and modified android but it's laggy and driving me crazy with bugs.

It's running 4.4.2. I would even consider flashing stock Kit Kit if it means I can get rid of the crap and laggy-ness.

Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks.

Does everyone agree with me that 5.0.1 makes this tablet (memo pad 7 572c) awesome?!!!! Is there a root available?

No I HATE lollipop, I just bought one, if it has it I will root and DOWNGRADE back to 4.4.2 or lower.
