Asus transformer 300t keeps resetting and i cant use screen to stop it

my transformer 300t keeps constantly rebooting, i get a few minutes of control on the touch screen then it freezes and reboots. talked with tech and no method they suggested will allow the tablet to quit rebooting. is there any backdoor way by attaching to my pc or whatever to get this thing under control, otherwise a perfectly good pad bites the dust! no paying 132 bucks for them to just look at it, then more to fix it!

Welcome to Android Central! It might be a lost cause. I had a TF300 that started to lag big-time after about a year or so, despite multiple factory resets. It may be the units are prone to hardware failure after some time (probably due to bad memory chips).
