ASUS Transformer Pad Infinity 700 - device update notification

Starting a few days ago, I got a notification of a device update. When I try to start the update, it asks which OS version I want to downgrade to. Any thoughts on why it's doing this? I've done nothing different to/with my device so this is puzzling. I did try a cold reboot, but the notification is still there.

Did you ever do a manual upgrade of the firmware and possibly still have that file somewhere on your system?
If not, try clearing cache and data of DMClient and CMClient in Apps>All, force close them and reboot.
