So for me, I'll go with the ZF2 for better screen resolution, faster processor, bigger ram, larger storage capacity, newer OS, and bigger battery. You might want to try the Samsung if you value the better screen technology (brighter, in this case), maybe just slightly better camera (or not!), lighter build, and probably slightly better customer service (from the fact that ASUS isn't as big here in the States as it is in Asia.) To me, the choice is actually rather obvious
