Welcome to Android Central! Not all devices support moving an app to SD (and those that do will only move a portion of the app, not the whole thing). Go to Settings>Apps, select some apps, and see if there is a Move to SD button. If you don't see that button anywhere then the tablet doesn't support the function. You'd have to root it and use an app like Link2SD or App Mgr III.
