AT&T Address Book Annoying error message

I keep getting This annoying message. Started sometime yesterday or the day before. No idea why it began, or how to stop it. Any suggestions?

do you use AT&T Address book? i haven't gotten that message but i told it not to sync it because it's stupid.

No, I have no idea what the AT&T Address book even is. The stupid message pops up at all kinds of different times. When I get a text, if I go to check email, sometimes opening an app. It's aggravating because it's just recently begun happening and I have no idea what caused it to start.
