AT&T Address book

Can someone tell me how to disable the AT&T Address book, I was able to disable most of the other bloat ware on the phone,

I don't believe you can Disable it without a root.

I generally just go into Settings--Apps--Running--ATT Address Book--Stop the process. I do the same process with the Carrier IQ, ATT hot spots, etc.
